Seriously? The entire world's population lived without the internet for all of history until about 20 years ago, and many people still live without it, and you honestly can't even imagine what you would do without continuous 'net access?
Have you ever stepped outside of your parent's basement?
Ever gone for a walk? Read a book? Taken your friends' money playing poker with them? Played with a freakn' dog?? Invited some buds for dinner and cook for them?
To be honest, having to ask this question makes you seem dull, simple, and unimaginative.
