How to stop being obsessed with someone?

Having an obsession is almost impossible to overcome. Its just a sign how much you truly adore someone. But note this, if it cuts you deep better stop and I mean stop! Try to overcome it by pursuing your interests, pick up some soft skills which might be useful in future or maybe spend more time with family and friends.

Just understand that in this world exist better and worse people than you, and understand that if you really care about this person, you let it go because an obsession is just a sign of weakness. Understand that you can get what you need, and not necessarily what you want...

Stopping an obsession is almost impossible. You are having an obsession towards someone is because you still have the desire for that someone. I'm not trying to stop your obsession towards anyone but somehow if it hurts yourself then its best if you try to do something that can really make you forget about this someone such as pursuing your interests, spending more time with your family or pick up a new skill which might be useful in future. Its not a sin or wrong to have an obsession for someone. Its just a sign how much you truly adore the person. But if it cuts you deep, you just gotta stop and I mean stop!😂

Give yourself permission to be obsessed, but leave them alone. Stop fighting with yourself.

Focus on something else such as a cause needing your services.
