Why on earth do people follow you if they didnt plan to chat with you?

I follow people that I find interesting. It allows me to find them quickly and read their latest posts. It’s not like Facebook. And most of them won’t chat with me.

By reading their stories or replies. If they have interesting posts or think like me I keep reading. I’m a male - we aren’t sought out like the females. It’s rare that someone chats with me. So that’s why I read. @annamarie65
