Why do people act like life is hard?

Theyre the ones that gotta make everything difficult especially by complaining about having to do the easiest things 😥

That's what tired me out most at work, when people would whine over the most trivial things and I heard it all day long...they didn't know how easy their jobs were, seemed to act like they should get paid without doing the work.
