Do you think alot of us here are here because we socially struggle to connect to people in the outside world?

I also think it is becoming more common. I found it more of a struggle to be "out and about" as I got older.

@NigelDoes: When I am not at work, I am inside my apartment. I work 3rd shift so I even do my shopping on my way home when there is almost no one else in the stores. I am very thankful for 24 hour stores. 😊

Haha, that is all too relatable. I have never been comfortable in crowds and when I go grocery shopping it's nearly always late at night. It just makes the whole experience so much more comfortable for me.

It makes life so much easier! And the furthest I drive is to work and back. Where I shop is on the main road I take home. So no need for detours. I am a mess! LOL!

@NigelDoes: I hate to drive, LOL. I put about 5,000 a year on my car. I love music, so going to a concert takes a lot of effort, but I actually do enjoy going.

I actually really enjoy driving and I used to go to a ton of concerts back in the day but I can't even remember the last one I went to.

@NigelDoes: I am going to see STYX and REO Speedwagon in July. It is the night before my birthday. I try to go to at least 3 each year. It is my time with peoples, LOL.

Awesome! Styx was the second or third concert I ever saw way back when I was 13. Wow, where does the time go? Welcome to the grand illusion.hehe

@NigelDoes: My very first concert was the Black and Blue Tour (Black Sabbath with Blue Oyster Cult) back in 1976. I was 12. Yeah, time does fly so fast.

Wow, that must've been amazing. I never had the pleasure of seeing Black Sabbath life. I bet that shook your 12-year-old self up a bit. Haha my very first concert was also when I was 12 and it was KISS. Hehe. If I'm remembering correctly my second concert was Boston about a year later. I remember that Sammy Hagar opened up. He was pretty awful, but Boston was amazing.:-)

I was witness to the Ted Nugent concert in which he masturbated on stage and the show was stopped, LOL Scared me for life!!!. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We get a good choice of headliner acts and I am close to Chicago and Detroit.

Wow, I never knew he had done that. How did he not get arrested for that? Some years earlier Jim Morrison was arrested just for shaking his dick around onstage.:-)

He had high ranking political friends even then. He lives just north of the Indiana - Michigan state line. He seemed rather proud of what he has.
