Depends how sleepy, and how long you need to stay awake. Assuming no caffeine or other chemical intervention, you can try pinching at the corners of your eyes/the bridge of your nose, short bursts of vigorous exercise or doing something to give yourself a sharp little jab of pain to snap you out of things.
