Does this site bounce for you?

I'm on an iPad mini, and this site bounces a lot, or licks out/ freezes. Do you get a similar experience or am I doing something wrong? My iPad is old, but I have downloaded all the updates.

It's amazingly steady- but I use my phone as well- I haven't noticed any issues on my iPad mini either though
