A couple things. First is to be honest and realize that nobody looks good all the time. Sitting down everyone who is healthy has a bit of extra skin around their midriff. So be comfortable in who you are and love yourself. Realize that real people have unflattering angles and that that is okay.
Secondly, you can always work on yourself. Plank for a few minutes every day and your core will get stronger. Run a couple times a week, eat a balanced diet.
Summary, work on yourself and be proud of what you have accomplished. Love yourself and realize that very few people look at people and nitpick. And realize that people who love you love you as you are.
