Im a size 8 and I have a little bit of belly fat and I don't feel good wearing a bikini when I go to the beach.
How do I feel better about myself?

She doesn't need a man. It's unhealthy to have your happiness dictated by others. Be beautiful inside and happy then others will want to spend time with you. Anyone who makes negative comments about you is reflecting their self loathing and its nothing to do with you
