Am I a hypocrite?

I'm against affirmative action yet I used it to my benefit to get into schools that I wouldn't have had a chance to get into without it.

Most people who are against such programs or social programs are against them unless they benefit from it then all of a sudden it is sacrosanct. A good example of this is Ayn Rand who went so far as to call the welfare state evil and yet happily collected social security.
