is diaper discipline/nappy discipline really true

It is real and it happens. Probably not like most people these days says it does because Child Protective services are easier to get a hold of to deal with parents.

Back in the 60's and 70's, child abuse was not at all like today. While children were abused, there was not formal organization to call about it. I went through what was diaper discipline in 1969 and 1970. Horrible time for me and if someone would have done something about it, I would have reported it. But the general attitude of adults was "what did you do to deserve that"? They did not interfere with parenting and the way people did it.

Diaper discipline is very true whether it be physical or mental. As for me it was mental abuse by several teachers in the past.

Not really but they say never say never so I am sure someone did it. But in reality it is like the petticoat discipline where a boy is humiliated by being made to wear girls panties and clothes for punishment. Same thing with being made to wear diapers. It is all in the mind of the person telling the story who has a fetish for diapers or cross dressing, they make up a story that they would like to be or have been in and tell it, then people condemn it as abuse but usually it never really happened.
