Do pregnant woman have the right to let them selves go?

That's one way to phrase it, but yeah. :p Health is still important obviously, but being pregnant seems like the best excuse not to get dolled up every day. Not that you need an excuse, of course.

Guess most everyone has the 'right' to let themselves go.
Probably not in the best interest of their future child though.

They should take care of themselves for the sake of their babies' health.
