Should I study for tests?

I don't study for my bio Information test. Get a 100%
I study my ass off for my bio regulation test. Get a 72%
I don't study for my anatomy cardiovascular test. Get a 105%
I study for my anatomy lymphatic test. Get an 86%

I was the same as you and this attitude has paid off really badly in college, It's very hard for me to actually sit and study because I'm used to the good grades...but it doesn't work that way anymore
So I'd say do study
