If the wage gap existed, then no one would hire men at all because they are more expensive.
Also, if the wage gap existed, then a feminist company would hire only women pay them 10% more than female workers with other companies. These women would be getting paid more than what they would be paid from male employers, while still getting paid less then men. This company could would be able to under cut any male dominated competition. But that doesn't happen. I guess because of patriarchy?
