Walk up to you in the crowd, bump into you and inject you with Sodium Pentothal.

As you start to sag, I "help" you to a nice quiet alley, as you lose conciseness I strangle you with a garrote and dump you, the garrote and the syringe in a dumpster.

Any luck, and the trash men don't even notice you when they make the pickup. And if they do evidence is too contaminated for prints, fibers, or DNA to matter.
