Hey, I'm about as introverted as anyone can get - but if I need to rally some people, or get something done, im not waiting around to see what somebody else says. When it comes down to it, I'd rather have the pressures and decisions and outcomes in my hands than somebody else's. And when I need to be loud and aggressive, I [i]will be loud and aggressive...[/i]
