Is it normal that I don't feel competent at 23?

Like lately, I seem to have lost faith in myself and my abilities

It's nothing new. You can't look at your abilities through your own eyes, but through mirror's eyes. Reflect on yourself and your abilities and ask yourself are they where you want them to be? If not then improve them

@offingg: I'm only four years older than you. I think there are two types of people, those who are over confident in themselves, and those who aren't confident enough. At 27, I've been on both sides. Trust me, you'll be fine
