Do you think women have as much power as men in our society?

In society... Sex makes the world go around or at least in marketing and men's motivations. So I may not have a clear answer for you but women do have the advantage to leverage with.
Now my boss is a woman a she's the best boss I ever had, with this one thing said, I never know when she is PMSing and she never creates drama.
