Not at all. There are a few token women placed here and there but it's still a very male society. Some of the best supervisors I've had have been women.

I agree that some women use sexual prowess to gain power, as do some men. If she gains that power, who gives it to her? The man that can't control guys urges? Yes, false sexual harassment is an issue, which also provides power and leverage, but that is not the norm. Feminism isn't about power, it's about respect.
