Have you ever asked your parents a question and one of the gave an answer that made no sense?

Example:
"Why did you eat my doughnut?" and dad says "Because [i]insert name here[/i] didn't finish his soup."

Yep. I just ignore it and figure there is more to that story. Or, I say "How would cat ownership help you afford a cabin in the north woods?!?"
