I didn't have one when they were " trendy " . I asked last week in a cheap stationary shop last week if they had refills. The young people in there just giggled at me and said " No, I think I've heard of them though "

@TheConstantGardener: Yeah but they're expensive, my filofax only cost £1 from second hand shop, looked on ebay £100 for same one, need to get a three hole punch
