Guys please help me? How can I change my behavior? I'm forever getting into trouble

I dont know you well, actually dont know you at all, i just can try to guess something about you by looking at your posts
So forgive me for guessing, and for being so arrogant to give you advices.
I used to have a very short temper and making mistakes with people. I did not liked it but did not know how to correct myself
Also i wanted attention, cause i felt lonely, and having an high sex drive was one of the conseguences of this loneliness and need for attention
Maybe your behaviour is a conseguence of you suffering for something?

i mean that one way or another as long you dont try to face or at least to accept it, this thing you keep inside will affect your behaviour :(
