Do you think 'stars' at the 89th Academy Awards (Oscars) should make boring anti-Trump speeches or just stick to what they are best at (acting) ?

It's greatly disrespectful to waste time with politics when a presentation is created to honor those who have exceptional talent. And a waste of the viewers time for them to do that as well.
