Have you ever called someone to make amends for something that happened years and years ago?

I Facebook messaged an apology to someone I had wronged long ago. She told me she had already forgiven me long before. It was such a relief to take responsibility for my actions finally. We are friends again

I was apologizing for driving like a madman with him in the car. I had gotten pissed that he'd done the same to me when i was in an extremely vulnerable position, on acid. And playing death metal while doing so, which fucked me up. So, I wanted to scare him back. Naturally, it worked. I was 19, so, stupid.

Yes, I have. I did it because I was the one who was wrong. We are friends with each other, eleven years later, so I'm glad I did.
