All of the world's religions were also written by man and I agree man is flawed and biased.

Did you read the question? I'm religious, but I respect your opinion. However, my question wasn't about that though

@Phaedra: I am a religious person, and my religousness is based on faith and emotion. Science, however, is not a "religion", it is an entirely different criteria and is based on logic, so relating science to religion or for example thinking it is absolute, isn't the way to go. My major includes a lot of science, I definitely believe in the power of science and man progression, but science was invented to be flexible, and criticize-able (i know not a word, couldn't find one). So my point here, why do people suddenly treat it like it can not be questioned, when the whole essence of science is questioning. Do you get what I mean?
