That's a weird ratio, Intelligence vs. Personality... hmm, and if she is that much smart, she would have learn a way to fix her personality. Or maybe, she doesn't want to. Like a lot of us. So she is a bit deviant but has basic common sense and minimum decency, but doesn't give a fuck whatsoever anyway? Sounds intriguing.
