IGNORED AT WORK

Have you ever been ignored at work by fellow workers it is not nice.
In the UK it is called the Cold Shoulder, why I do not know an old fashioned saying.

Focus attention to how your heart is with others. You are seeing those exhibiting the cold shoulders do actually have cold hearts as well. Not that big of a concern.
