That sounds incredibly subjective, and biased towards whoever is answering it.
Intelligent people would say yes, idiots would also say yes.
The middle-ground are the only ones who may say no, but then are they really not intelligent?
Personally I have an IQ between 129 and 145; and even then the question of if I'm intelligent still relies on others view of me and not my own opinion.
