Perhaps not too long before his own political obliteration.

"Obliterate" is a long word so I doubt Trump could understand it anyway....
Seriously though, he has little or no understanding of the country he is turning from merely despising America to being a bitter enemy, nor of all the other consequences of his actions.
Obviously the Iranians will repair their damaged nuclear facilities. It would be extraordinarily naive to think otherwise. The USA would repair hers, if Iran had attacked America's. So that explains the second wave of attacks but that does implicitly admit the first claim of "obliteration" was wrong. Frankly, given all the American and independant information available to him, it was worse than mistaken: it was a lie.
Yet as I wonder what Trump will do next to inflate the price of all petroleum-based products in my country as well as his, I also wonder why he refuses to accept he has not "obliterated" anything.
Other than as crude propaganda, of course, to try to justify to Americans his disastrous attack on the country.
