Demaris Jarrell Norman moved to the Woodview Apartment in 2016 after becoming employed as a Window Cleaner. He was fulfilling an agreement with his girlfriend, Alexandria Elizabeth Hall, where he agreed to move in as an exchange for a romantic relationship and "High Schooling". This agreement started being discussed in 2010. In 2015, he spoke to his mother about the upcoming agreement and believed he would be released eventually, evidently underestimating the risks.
In 2012, Demaris Jarrell Norman began chatting with a girl from group therapy about a potential living arrangement. Demaris was content with living with his mother and older siblings, though he wanted to move to the nearby “Woodview Apartment” to fulfill an agreement concerning schooling and a romantic relationship he had begun visioning slightly after being left with literature about his familial origins from a stranger over the Internet. His parents, primarily his mother Earline, accepted this possibility without concern for Demaris' wellbeing.
Demaris moved into his unit on May 22, 2016, after being on a waiting list for approximately one year cherishing his newfound place of solitude and adulthood, and started being harrassed by tenants Reginald Nelson and Lavenda Perry on June 15, 2016, starting with privacy violations(Tenants announcing fragments of his personal data as he sat in his apartment) and this progressed to daily torture using radio wave equipment used to regularly taunt him as mentally-retarded, apelike, Nigger, Dumb. Demaris tearfully drove with his employer to the Brown Deer Police Department to file a report, receiving the label of schizophrenic as his attempts to speak to police were dismissed due to lack of evidence.
He tolerated his situation by implementating a regimen in which his thoughts were instilled with racialist dialogue from the mind of another man with ear pieces named “Jamariel”, who was unaware of Demaris' situation, allowing Demaris to study online via suggestions he received.
The tenants behaved as intermediaries, coercing Demaris into accepting responsibility for his situation with abusive redirection intended to enrage him into stomping the floor due to the torment, leaving him aphasic and able to produce only external noises.
He began to vomit liquid onto the carpet near his computer desk as the tenants told him he had no chance of the leaving the apartment alive or killing them and made him cry from distress, resulting in traumatic flashbacks and a painful sense of isolation while coping with the difficulty of having his thoughts intruded and remotely manipulated on Benadryl.
His employing company was A-1 Window Cleaning, owned by Scott Thompson, a Milwaukee employer. Demaris chatted with his employer about the harassment, although he was unable to speak. His employer told him not to publicly yell(Due to the tenants using radio wave signals to force him to speak), as it would cause public scrutiny. Demaris was limited in his work hours and couldn't leave his city for long distance travel, or risk being being killed with his employer upon returning home. His employer regularly spoke to him on the phone and was aware of the agreement and his situation.
Demaris originally lived with his father Jarvis Norman, mother Earline Pledger, sisters Jasmine, Kaneisha, and brother Jarvis Norman Jr. His eldest sibling, Kaneisha Pledger, was the child of Reginald Nelson, one of Demaris' tormentors. Demaris and his family resided in several apartments over the course of his life, moving voluntarily due to repeated evictions, outlined.
, since the Woodview agreement was part of a larger arrangement between his family and the family of the tenants harassing him, spanning many decades before his birth. His parents moved to certain designated addresses as outlined in the arrangement, as they would've been penalized with radio waves otherwise.
In 2017, he started his relationship with his girlfriend, filming public sexual content for her pleasure and speaking to her about information he studied online. They spent the next three years "studying", with Demaris cycling between being regularly verbally abused by the tenants and his girlfriend Alexandria via radio wave
During this time, Demaris used the information he learned to contact several individuals over social media, "befriending" them into torturing him along with his girlfriend and the tenants.
and the tenants offering him a chance of freedom if he agreed to inseminate his girlfriend, which would've meant Demaris would have to kill himself so his girlfriend could then be inseminated by another man named Samuel, as well as a half-nephew of his employer named Jabari.
Demaris met Sheila Robinson by adding her to his friends list and messaging her on Facebook, as an alternative part of her own agreement involved her sleeping with one of the tenants in exchange for conception of children. This led Demaris to send photos of documents relating to the arrangement to Sheila, and request photos from Sheila in return, as verification of information he studied online. He expressed an interest in raising her potential daughter, though he learned she intended to give her to another family.
Sheila was the ex-wife of Scottie Thompson, Demaris' employer. She was distantly related to Reginald Nelson, one of Demaris tormentors, through her paternal grandmother, Betty Nelson, and so was aware of the agreement before Demaris met her. He began an online communication cycle with Sheila, informing her of his attempts to sway a Milwaukee woman, Shannon, into sleeping with her son, as well as various other Facebook women, though he discovered Sheila intended to give her potential child to another family. Sheila was touring the Woodview Apartment for her son in 2020 when she met Demaris in-person and briefly greeted him.
After three years of studying, playing video games, watching YouTube and Japanese sites, Demaris was told to kill himself in 2020, or he would be shot to death by tenants living in the apartment below him, along with his employer's son, who had moved into an adjacent unit. Demaris

Demaris Norman's Torture (Magnetic Loop Pieces/Newborn) Demaris was initially able to hear the tenants Reginald Nelson and Lavenda Perry in the apartment units below him recite his personal information and text messages underneath the ceiling. This progressed to direct harassment/daily verbal abuse, causing him to vomit and interfering with his ability to properly hear speech and led him to beg his parents for help. He visited police and doctors to remove the magnetic pieces and requested X-Ray scans, though the scans were cleared each time.
As a professional Window Cleaner, Demaris was in persistent physical pain from his ears and required the use of cognitive enhancers(Noopept) and NSAIDs to cope with his situation. He lived suffering public shame from having people remotely insult him as he walked around using a squeegee and pole to wash windows. He experienced vomiting sensations and often needed his employer to give him breaks or speak to him about his suffering.
Demaris was regularly insulted as mentally-retarded and dull, cringing from ear pain and vomiting as he tried daily to paste content from journals throughout Google Scholar and the Internet Archive into office programs. The Tenants told him he was incapable of interpreting Academia documents of Philosophy, Sociology, Biology and Mathematics.
Demaris had Stockholm Syndrome, and so tolerated abuse at their discretion with false reassurance from the tenants and his girlfriend, who would regularly vary and return to denigrating after giving him "helpful advice. Men, women and young children over the Internet would have broadcasted voice chat sessions denigrating Demaris as he was doing any sort of activity, such as using loud music(to reduce the noise), playing video games, or looking to chat with random strangers on Facebook about their life stories, feeding gists to him, telling him "No Thank You" and "You Have Two Parents", denigrating Demaris with perverse statements to the point of rage flailing of his limbs across the room, aphasically yelling and experiencing sensations of vomiting.
Demaris was required to film sexual content with his girlfriend, seemingly in sexual ecstasy. This was used as a source of denigration, as his girlfriend later told him that he needed more education instead of sleeping with her, despite Demaris studying daily on 1800s Google Scholar from Jan 2017 onward. She and the tenants tormented him with perverse statements, mentioned her lack of family members in comparison to his own life, and used a digital signaled remote held by the tenants to force him to start yelling when he would attempt to insult them. She would then stop speaking in the chat and allow little girls from Facebook to start insulting Demaris through the remote, saying she preferred their brothers instead since they were often biracial and had no parents.
The tenants, Reginald Nelson and Lavenda Perry, regularly told Demaris that he was likely to commit suicide as there was no chance of his rescue, despite his visits to police stations and attempts to publicly broadcast his plight. They showed him the circumstances of his situation and told him they would easily shoot him to death within days, and that there was nothing he could do to prevent it. He was told to commit suicide in May 2020 and killed himself on May 29th, 2020, after hours of pleading and crying with a crowd of men and women standing by listening to him.
