id have the same problem where I only could fall asleep around 2:30 and barely get any sleep. over the counter melatonin pretty much cured all that for me

Many reasons for bad sleep: could be psychological..Try no caffeine after 5pm, and stay away from digital devices in bed.

Try masturbating, the release is very relaxing and one tends to nod off quite easily afterwards

Try not eating for a few hours before bed and also drink some warm milk before hand

Go for walks during the day, it helps my sleeping alot
