You’re in a public place and someone tells you breastfeeding makes them feel uncomfortable what would you do?

My wife had an interesting experience shortly after our oldest was born. We went to a fancy restaurant with my parents. The baby started to fuss so my wife covered herself with a blanket and began to nurse the baby. The owner of the restaurant came to take our order and took the blanket off my wife's chest leaving her completely exposed. She had uncovered both breasts under the blanket. She didn't try to cover. She was nursing her baby.
