What if people had to fight for more accessible healthcare, lower cost of living in place of fighting for BLM, ICE or Palestine?

BLM, the Black Panthers and other groups arose because of systemic racism. In Palestine they are starving. Nothing like seeing a baby who has bones sticking out everywhere and whistles while they cry because they're slowly dying. Yes it's that bad and I've seen videos over there. Also, ICE are being militarized currently and they are over extending their powers.
