The US administration is considering introducing a medal for women who have 6 children. This was previously awarded in Germany in 3 levels but withdrawn in 1945

Is that James Vance's idea? I learnt this morning he is anti-childlessness.
No asking whether the parents concerned would be able to support so many offspring, financially, practically and above all, emotionally, then.... Just breed and win a shiny bit of metal.
