I thought I had good intuition and had people's number until I dialed in on the wrong one.

I'm beginning to doubt my own judge of character. There's a naive part of me that wants to believe others are a) good and b) would treat me as I do them. Silly me, it seems I have put my fingers on the wrong buttons as that just is not not not the case in many cases. Live and learn. :(
