@LunarOrbit I do. Sometimes when my body needs protien (I'm vegetarian) I try eggs & it makes me gag every time. I need a new go to....

@LunarOrbit of course there are other sources but sometimes eggs are the only available but I'd rather just be sluggish than eat eggs 🤢

@Tumbleweed i wish i could help, but im pretty sure you already do all the food combining for proteins and amino acids and shit.
I know lysine is a limiting factor to how much plant protein is made viablly available.
The only tning that comes to mind is checking into a vegetarian protein powder as a back up....for those days when the cupboard is bare or the will to prep food is non existent.
I know you can use it in cooking - so you could make protein muffins/pancakes etc to freeze 🤷♀

@Tumbleweed getting complete protein is a mine field for vegetarians.
I know that out of all the amino acids, lysine is the cruncher thats hard to get enogh in plant form, and that one low AA, is what lowers protein absorbtion.
If i find out more ill msg you.
I might come across some new nutrition 'hack' or nutritional supplement in my looking about.
And if i do - ill hand it on.
