Is happiness earned?

For some it's unattainable.

have to find it by letting go of everything and accepting what is. letting go of self hatred. letting go of regrets. letting go of toxic people. learning not to put happiness in people and things. being content.

Never, its one of those things that can't be earned or bought...

Shouldn't be. Being content or happy doesn't have anything to do with outside forces. It's a state of being.

Happiness has to come from within

It can be depending on the person.

Its all in the mind
