What would you think of a person who says Biden won the debate because he did not lie and Trump lied?

They must have missed or ignored his comment that on his ( Biden) watch no military members died.
Either a lie or proof he is not fit to continue.

A friend of mine asked me, "What do you think, Who actually lost the debate, Trump or Biden?"
