What do you do when you can't seem to find the answers you need regarding others behavior towards you?

Feeling rather meh and sad and not in a good place at the moment. :(

@allsfinebime2: You're welcome. Pondering only creates more pain and drags the situation out further. Like arthritis, you must keep moving, or you become stuck in one position unable to advance.
