@Lukeman Speedos highlight an important and eye-arresting part of a man's anatomy. Quite eye-arresting! Speedos encase the area in the following sketch between the figure's legs, crowned by the pubic hair. When covered by speedos, this area creates a bulge in the speedos which is known as "the bulge" or "the package." Colloquially, the bulge is made up of the dick (or cock) and the balls.
