Therapists have to keep everything a secret unless you might hurt yourself or others, right?

There is something that I want to tell her about, besides just the eating disorder, but I am scared she won't keep it a secret even though it doesn't involve anyone getting hurt.

tell your therapist about the cutting. No, they shouldn't have the right to tell even your parents about it.
