I suppose it depends where you live. Where I live it’s about the ugliest month. You have all this old snow that’s piled up all winter long and you’ve got salt all over the roads and you’ve got black bits of salt and snow and dirt all over the place and it’s cold as hell. This winter has not been like that, but every other winter is like that.
