I know it can be frustrating...
There will always be more work to be done.
Don't do theirs because then they're more laid back than before, it's a principle of anarchy systems.

@elafina When I tried doing that, it came back to bite me in the ass.
So I think I might as well just rise above the pettiness and act out of goodwill.
