Which Country Will Start WW3?

Imagine there is about to be another world war, which country do you think will start it and why?

Wars are over unpaid debts. When China starts to try to cash in its US bonds, the US seems kind of unlikely to be able to afford it. Then China will be tempted to get it money back the same way we all do if we are pushed to far.
