He was certainly charismatic, that's for sure! I liked him very much and I would say he is in my top 5!
I think Jimmy Carter was way ahead of his time, his compassion, dedication, and humility, makes him a Statesman above and beyond others.
But, my favorite right now is Joe Biden. He tells it like it is. He's brave, he's smart, and has done more for the people of the United Stated than quite a few presidents.
