I liked Jimmy Carter, as a man. He was my first vote, on his second election effort. With what was happening in the world at the time, new, unexperienced tests, i think any potus would have struggled and been harshly criticized. I don't think he had his opportunity to shine, in office. Look what he achieved after. I liked clinton an awful lot too. It's telling to me when the first thing that gets thrown out, when someone is criticizing him, is the Lewinsky matter.
