Start pointing out"bad spots" and "lumpy areas". She'll get tired of the negativity and quit, hopefully.

I was once in an exercise class where at every session a young, very thin, beautiful woman would rush into the class right before it began, stand next to one of the mirrors and pose this way and that and exclaim, "Oh, God, I am soooo fat!!!" Then there would be a long awkward silence in which all the other women, mostly overweight women would try to ignore her. One day, I found myself screaming, "Arrgh!!! I CAN'T STAND IT!!! DON'T DO THAT!!!!"

She turned away from the mirror and stared at me. I was embarrassed; it had just popped out of me.

Suddenly, the whole class burst into spontaneous applause. Later, several women thanked me in the locker room.

So...maybe stop talking about it and next time she does it, let out a loud scream of rage and say "STOP THAT!!!"

If doing that a couple of times doesn't work, you may have to live with it. A friend of mine who has weighed around 300 lbs for many years, as did her husband, used to have to deal with her mother-in-law who would rush into their livingroom and twirl around smiling with her hands on her waist singing out, "SIZE TEN! SIZE TEN!"

Ignore it you can't force her to stop you did all you could by talking to her.

Your weight doesn't define who you are, stop stressing about it, if you want to lose it for health reasons, good for you. As for her, start buying identical clothes for her in smaller sizes and swapping them in her wardrobe, that should freak her out a while..Just tell her again to stop
That's a great idea.

Stopping her commenting won't do you half as much good good as actually DOING SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT.

@mwoodl21: People often make the assumption that we overweight people are not doing anything about it. And they are often wrong.

Tell her she looks fat and maybe she'll stop asking you since she'll come to realize you keep saying it all the time she ask so she will kind of come to think it's true...and maybe leave you alone. Idk....or even better tell her she's a chicken bone, so your like mocking how skinny she is and maybe she'll leave you alone

She is likely dysmorphic in some way. Try telling her it bothers you is the best you can do :)

no one can "make" you feel anything. You already feel wrong...you're allowing her silly behavior to take your power away. You have to change, not her
Next time she asks if she looks fat tell her:

"No but your breasts appear to be getting smaller, like all the fat is finally dissolving"

Since breasts are highly composed of fat tissue.......

lie to her, say shes fat

Throw her a curveball. Next time she asks you if she looks fat, tell her yes.
