The best. If i truly want to lie--which i attempt not to--then I can set up cognitive partitions in my mind, to where I actually convince *myself* that the lie is the truth. Deep down i know the truth; i need only search for it when the lie is no longer necessary.

Also, people tend to more easily believe negative things than positive. For instance, now that I've said this, you'll believe it, because it reflects badly on me. So, in the future, that idea would be stuck in your mind, and you--or whichever person i told this to--would have difficulty believing anything i say. That predisposition can be used in a lot of ways.
