Weird experince

I just seen something , I think it was an orb , the power just went off and I found black hairs straight after in my bed that wasnt there before. Im not scared as Ive had many experinces since I was about 2 and I can hear stuff right now but it isnt dangrous. I will be ok. Im struggling to sleep because im only used to sleeping in hotels , I have no bad vibes so its properly just something looking out for me. I just felt my hair get tugged too And im on my own. I can also hear static settling but I havent had the tv on. And creaking
