Is it rude if you tell a random police woman nice body?
Would she say thank you for the compliment or she would get offended?

I think it's rude to tell any police officer male or female. If they're in uniform, they're on duty and should be respected as such. These men and women risk their lives everyday for the sad bunch of us and the least you can do is show them some respect, because without them there'd be anarchy.
